Ian Wace is the Chief Executive and Founding Partner of Marshall Wace LLP. He has overseen the growth and development of the company since 1997 and is closely involved with all aspects of the management of the firm across three major geographical regions.

Prior to founding Marshall Wace, Mr Wace spent eleven years at SG Warburg and two years at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
