Make a difference
At °µÍø½ûÇø, we are all united by the same goal: a commitment to drive real change in education where ¾±³Ù’s needed most.Ìý
°µÍø½ûÇø’s students are nearly twice as likely to be eligible for free school meals and our students eligible for pupil premium are six times more likely to attend a top third university. We believe that all children should have access to a great education and real choices in life, regardless of their background.
Join us to make a difference where it matters most.
Reach your potential
The development of our staff is one of our top priorities, at every level and in every role. That’s why for school staff we offer twice the number of training days as standard, alongside a comprehensive offering of high-quality professional learning opportunities and access to nationally-accredited qualifications available for staff across the network.
³Û´Ç³Ü’l±ô have the opportunity to collaborate with peers across our 39 schools as well as our network team, to share best practice and benefit from advice and guidance from a range of education experts.
Culture
°µÍø½ûÇø’s four values are deeply embedded in all we do.
- Aim high:
We have high expectations of ourselves and of each other
- Be brave:
We take on challenges and are prepared to say and do difficult things if that’s what’s needed
- Be kind:
We care about what we do and how we work with each other
- Keep learning:
We’re open to new ideas and we learn from our mistakes as much as our successes
Each of our schools serve different communities and have their own vision and culture.
Wellbeing and support
We know that working in education can be tough, so we’re committed to supporting you and your wellbeing, no matter the stage of your career; from a dedicated wellbeing module for our Early Career Teachers to support from external psychotherapists for our Principals.Ìý
We’re building a network of wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders across our schools and are fostering partnerships with specialist organisations to ensure every member of our community feels supported.Ìý
Opportunities for career progression
At °µÍø½ûÇø, we recognise that there’s room to grow at every stage of your career, in every role.
³Û´Ç³Ü’l±ô have access to a range of diverse career opportunities, allowing you to progress your career in the direction that’s right for you.
Whether that be in one of our 39 schools in four different locations, as part of our dedicated network team or working with one of our innovative Ventures.
